This video is very inspirational... YOU are very inspirational. It's been a long long time since I've been able to speak openly about my faith in a classroom setting. It's not that I'm ashamed... I'm just really burnt out on the same argument over and over again with people who think they are "enlightened" and that they are better than me. People who think I'm absolutely retarded for having a relationship with Christ.
I just feel like they don't get it. I don't think you can get it until you're in it for yourself. The insane relief. The weight lifted off your back. God is not a crutch as some people would have you believe. God is everything.
You inspired me by showing this video (and i usually don't even like human videos) but i think this one was a very good illustrator of my walk and your walk and the walk of many many others. Because it's one thing to know the doctrine, and it's one thing to know the stories, but until you can break that wall between knowing and believing, it's just hard to get. Hopefully one day they will get it, and if they don't, at least you can say for sure that you tried.
